ACRYLIC, GRAPHITE, PASTEL ARTIST
A self-taught artist who has recently relocated back to Rogers City Michigan after raising a family for 40 years in Eugene Oregon. Born in Rogers City, accidentally when her Mother visited her best friend then raised in the Upper Peninsula. She considers herself a “trooper". Growing up in the Keweenaw then moving to the Northwest at age 16, Tina has always been creatively inspired by the beauty, colors and textures of nature.
Tina has worked in many mediums. For 23 years she was a metal artist (Metal Menagerie) providing refined wall sculpture to galleries across the country. Later, she worked in pastels creating portrait commissions, graphite, watercolors, en-caustics and most recently acrylics, which she prefers overall.
Returning to her beautiful home state of Michigan has provided new beauty for Tina to capture and celebrate!
